Frameless Rooftop Terrace: A Project Photo Study

This photo study looks at a frameless rooftop terrace from the Fusion Glass gallery. The image shows how a glass barrier can define the edge of an outdoor space while keeping the wider outlook visible.
Design focus: an open outlook
The terrace includes a covered hot tub, with views across the landscape beyond. Clear glass keeps those views visible through the barrier rather than closing off the edge with a solid screen.
System shown
The panels sit in a base channel that follows the terrace edge and turns at the corner. Small connectors are visible near the top of adjoining panels. There are no upright posts across the main viewing area.
The finished result
The glass creates a clear outline around the terrace while the channel gives the bottom edge a defined finish. The hot tub area remains visually connected to its surroundings.
