Pond Glass Delivery Information
We supply pond viewing windows and pond jump guards across the UK with typical lead times of approximately10-15 working days, although this can occasionally be longer during busy periods.
All pond glass is delivered curbside and customers must ensure sufficient help is available for offloading due to the weight of structural glass panels. We recommend at least two people per 85kg of glass.
Please inspect all glass carefully upon delivery and report any damage or defects immediately before installation.
Additional delivery charges may apply to certain postcode areas including parts of Scotland, Cornwall, Northern Ireland, and remote UK locations. A full list of chargeable postcodes can be found under the “Additional Charges” drop-down when selecting the glass size and thickness on the product page.
