Juliet Balcony Glass: The toughened laminate glass thickness varies depending on the width of the balcony:
900mm – 1000mm: 13.5mm
1100mm – 1700mm: 17.5mm
1800mm – 3000mm: 21.5mm

Skyforce Juliet Balcony
- Lead Time: About 10-15 working days. Can be longer during busy periods. No refunds for extended lead times.
- Delivery Timing: Between 07:30 and 17:30. Ensure availability on the delivery day and the following day.
- Inspection: Check for defects upon delivery. Report and reject any issues immediately. Warranty claims require returning the glass at your cost.
- Offloading: Have sufficient help (at least two people per 85kg). Glass is delivered curbside only, without packaging. Damages during offloading are the customer's responsibility. Failed deliveries incur a redelivery charge.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure correct size and thickness. Cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours; fees may apply after that.
