For consumer orders placed online or by phone, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You pay the direct cost of returning non-faulty goods. No restocking fee applies when you exercise your statutory cancellation right.

For eligible trade or discretionary returns outside statutory cancellation rights, request approval within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies and the customer pays return delivery. These discretionary returns must be unused, in original packaging and resaleable.

Statutory cancellation refunds include standard outward delivery where applicable. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or, if earlier, evidence of return dispatch. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
